Business Development Executive (BDE)

7. Job Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

A. Merchant Acquisition

Identify and approach potential merchants in all Business Categories

Conduct field visits and explain Famto platform benefits.

Achieve monthly merchant onboarding targets.

Ensure complete merchant documentation and onboarding process.

Assist merchants in menu/product upload and platform setup.

B. Delivery Agent Acquisition

Identify and recruit delivery agents across assigned zones.

Conduct field recruitment drives and referral programs to increase rider base.

Assist in delivery agent onboarding, documentation, and app installation.

Coordinate with the operations team for agent training and activation.

Maintain sufficient rider availability in peak-demand areas.

C. Sales & Order Growth

Generate business leads through field visits, calls, and referrals.

Work with merchants to increase daily order volume.

Promote merchant subscription plans, commission packages, and promotional campaigns.

Support merchants in creating offers to boost order flow.

D. Merchant & Agent Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with merchants and delivery agents.

Address onboarding or operational issues and coordinate with operations teams.

Monitor merchant and rider performance and escalate issues when required.

E. Market Research & Expansion

Identify new high-demand zones for merchant and rider expansion.

Monitor competitor activity and pricing strategies.

Provide local market insights and recommendations to management.

F. Marketing & Campaign Support

Support local promotional campaigns and merchant activation drives.

Encourage merchants to participate in Famto offers and promotions.

Assist in executing field marketing activities.

G. Reporting & Performance Tracking

Maintain daily onboarding and acquisition reports.

Track conversion rates (leads → active merchants / riders).

Submit weekly performance and growth reports.

H. General Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with customers, merchants, and partners.

Build strong relationships with customers, merchants, and partners.

Support city-level growth initiatives and new service launches.

Perform any other duties assigned by management for business growth.
