Client Servicing Executive

Client Relationship Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Understand client needs and objectives, and ensure these are met through our advertising solutions.

Campaign Coordination:

• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production, logistics) to develop and execute outdoor advertising campaigns.
• Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Monitor campaign progress and provide regular updates to clients.

Account Management:

• Develop and manage account plans to grow business with existing clients.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare and present campaign performance reports to clients.
• Analyze campaign data to provide insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
• Track and report on key account metrics.

Client Onboarding:

• Assist in the onboarding process for new clients.
• Ensure all client information and campaign details are accurately documented and communicated.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role, preferably in the advertising industry.
• Strong understanding of outdoor advertising and media planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
