Process Coordinator

We are looking for a sincere and organized WhatsApp Operations & Follow-up Executive to manage our daily client communication and order follow-ups. The role mainly involves handling multiple WhatsApp groups, tracking customer orders, and ensuring timely updates between buyers and the internal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage multiple WhatsApp groups daily.
• Follow up with customers and suppliers regarding orders and payments.
• Update order status and maintain records in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Coordinate with the office team to ensure smooth order processing.
• Respond to routine messages and escalate important issues when required.
• Maintain proper documentation and keep track of pending follow-ups.

Requirements

• Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Web, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Good communication and typing skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Honest, disciplined, and willing to learn.
• Freshers and candidates with telecalling, back-office, or office assistant experience are welcome.
