The3DPenguin creates unique 3D-printed bookmarks for book lovers. Our collections include animal-themed, nature-inspired, city-themed, and reading-focused designs sold through bookstores and gift shops.

Role

We are looking for a field sales executive to expand our presence across Bangalore and nearby cities by onboarding bookstores and driving repeat orders.

Responsibilities

• Visit bookstores and present our bookmark collections.
• Acquire new retail partners.
• Start stores with a trial order of 50 bookmarks.
• Monitor sales and ensure minimum 80% sell-through.
• Recommend the right product mix for each store.
• Convert trial stores into recurring monthly customers.
• Build strong relationships with store owners and managers.
• Achieve quarterly sales growth across assigned accounts.

Targets

• Close a minimum of 5 new stores per month.
• Achieve 80% sell-through before replenishment.
• Increase monthly orders from existing stores.
• Deliver consistent quarter-on-quarter growth.

Commission

Commission is paid on invoiced sales only (not on stock supplied).

• 3% – Entry-level sales volume
• 5% – Medium sales volume
• 7% – High sales volume

Requirements

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Bangalore.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Prior retail or field sales experience preferred.
