About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Inside Sales Counselor to help prospective customers understand and enroll in Sugar.fit’s health and wellness programs. The role involves consulting with leads, understanding their health goals, and guiding them toward the right solution.
Key Responsibilities
* Connect with outbound leads via calls.
* Understand customer requirements, health concerns, and fitness goals.
* Explain Sugar.fit’s programs and benefits in a clear and consultative manner.
* Convert qualified leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
* Follow up with prospects and nurture them through the decision-making process.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.
Requirements
* 1–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Counseling, Tele-sales, or Customer Advisory roles.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs.
* Basic CRM knowledge is preferred.
* Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable recommendations.
