Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a diligent and proactive Female Telecalling Executive to join our logistics operations team. The primary responsibility will be managing NDR (Non-Delivery Reports) by contacting customers to resolve failed delivery attempts, verifying shipping addresses, and ensuring successful order fulfillment to reduce RTO (Return to Origin) rates.

• Key ResponsibilitiesNDR Management: Actively track and call customers whose shipments are marked as "Undelivered" or "Failed Delivery Attempt" by courier partners.
• Issue Resolution: Identify the exact reason for non-delivery (e.g., incorrect address, customer unavailable, cash not ready) and provide immediate solutions.
• Data Entry & Updates: Keep a clear and accurate record of all customer interactions, updates, and delivery remarks in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or our internal software.
• Courier Coordination: Work closely with courier partners and our operations team to schedule delivery re-attempts based on customer preferences.
• Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound delivery-related queries professionally and politely.
• Key Requirements & QualificationsEducation: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate in any field.
• Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of operating a computer, including familiarity with MS Excel / Google Sheets and internet browsing.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication in [Insert Language, e.g., Hindi/English/Regional Language] with good listening abilities.
• Problem-Solving Attitude: Ability to handle difficult situations or customer complaints with patience and calm professionalism.
• Prior experience in E-commerce, Logistics, or a BPO/Call Center setup is a big advantage but not mandatory.
