*ABOUT THE ROLE*

We are looking for passionate, confident, and growth-oriented professionals to join our team as Client Counsellors & Conversion Specialists.

In this role, you will interact with prospective clients, understand their concerns, guide them toward suitable treatment solutions, and help them take the next step by scheduling doctor consultations.

*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*

• Connect with prospective clients and understand their requirements.

• Provide accurate information about our services and treatment options.

• Build trust and maintain positive client relationships.

• Guide clients towards booking doctor consultations.

• Follow up with interested enquiries and nurture leads.

• Maintain professional communication through calls and messages.

• Update client interactions and appointment status regularly.

• Work closely with the clinic team to ensure a smooth client experience.

*WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR*

• Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.

• Positive attitude and professional approach.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to communicate confidently and influence decisions positively.

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.

• Previous experience in telesales, counselling, customer service, sales, or client relationship management is preferred.

• Fresh candidates with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.

*WORK SCHEDULE*

Monday to Friday

10:00 AM – 7:30 PM

or

10:30 AM – 8:00 PM

Saturday & Sunday

10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Weekly Off:

Tuesday or Wednesday
