Job

Title: AdministratorAbout the Role:We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrator with strong team coordination skills, excellent communication abilities, and a problem-solving mindset. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily office operations, coordinating with internal teams, addressing customer and employee concerns, and ensuring smooth business processes.

This role requires someone who can take ownership, make effective decisions, manage priorities, and contribute to overall organizational growth. Freshers and experienced candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:·        Manage daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning.

·        Coordinate, support, and guide team members to achieve business objectives.

·        Act as a communication bridge between internal teams, customers, and stakeholders.

·        Handle customer concerns and ensure timely resolution with a professional approach.

·        Maintain office records, documentation, reports, and correspondence.

·        Assist with basic finance-related documentation and administrative processes.

·        Monitor workflow, maintain productivity, and ensure adherence to company policies.

·        Prepare reports and provide regular updates to management.

 

Requirements:Education:

·        A bachelor's degree is mandatory.

Experience:

·        Freshers can apply with a strong interest in administration and team coordination.

·        Prior experience in administration, office management, customer support, or team handling is preferred.
