Trainer

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Trainer to lead capacity-building initiatives and conduct training programs, workshops, and awareness sessions for employees of Municipal Corporations and Government Departments under projects related to Swachh Mission, Occupational Safety, Sanitation, Hygiene, and Urban Development.

Candidate must be willing to Travel across the Region for conducting workshops.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent presentation and facilitation skills, have experience in delivering training to government officials and corporate professionals, and be passionate about creating measurable learning outcomes.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, organize, and deliver high-impact training programs, workshops, and awareness sessions on Swachh Mission, Safety, Sanitation, Occupational Health, and related themes.
• Conduct classroom and field-based training for employees of Municipal Corporations, Urban Local Bodies (ULBs), and Government Departments.
• Coordinate with Municipal Commissioners, senior government officials, and local authorities for planning and execution of training programs.
• Develop training schedules, session plans, presentations, learning materials, and participant handbooks.
• Facilitate interactive workshops using adult learning methodologies and participatory training techniques.
• Assess participant learning outcomes through pre- and post-training evaluations and prepare training reports.
• Ensure timely submission of training documentation, attendance records, photographs, feedback forms, and other project deliverables.
• Travel extensively across the state to conduct training programs as per project requirements.
• Represent the organization professionally during stakeholder meetings and government interactions.
• Desired Candidate ProfileMinimum 5 years of experience in conducting training programs and workshops for Corporate organizations and/or Government Departments.
• Experience in projects related to Swachh Mission, Safety, Sanitation, Hygiene, Occupational Health & Safety, Urban Development, or Skill Development will be preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage participants from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and the local language (both spoken and written).
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the state on a regular basis.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Educational QualificationBachelor's Degree in any discipline (Master's Degree preferred).
• Additional certifications in Training, Occupational Safety, Sanitation, Public Health, or related fields will be an added advantage.
