Construction / Site Supervisor

• Site Execution & Coordination: Read and interpret GFC drawings (civil, MEP, interiors). Coordinate daily activities of all on-site contractors (plumbers, electricians, carpenters) to ensure sequential workflow and prevent clashes.
• Material Procurement & Vendor Management: Float BOQs to local Lucknow vendors and specialized suppliers. Negotiate rates, issue Purchase Orders, and track delivery timelines so materials arrive exactly when the site is ready.
• Tracker Management: Update the Master Excel tracker daily, maintaining GFC drawing statuses, procurement schedules, and site execution milestones.
• Billing & Measurement: Verify contractor measurements on-site and cross-check them against Running Account (RA) bills before submitting for final payment approval.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 3 to 5 years in high-end residential interiors or civil execution.

• Skillset: Highly proficient in MS Excel and AutoCAD. Strong negotiation skills to handle local vendors effectively.

• Mobility: Must have their own two-wheeler to commute efficiently between Gomti Nagar Extension and various material markets across Lucknow.
