Role Overview

The Retail Manager oversees daily store operations, drives sales growth, and leads a high-performing team. Responsibilities include managing inventory, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

 - Deliver excellent customer service and implement policies to ensure customer satisfaction.

 - Motivate, train, and mentor the sales team.

 - Build team relationships and lead staff toward common workplace goals.

 - Create business strategies to attract new customers, increase traffic, and improve profitability.

 - Train a staff on new product launch.

 - Respond to and resolve customer complaints professionally.

 - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

 - Develop promotional materials and arrange in-store displays.

 - Prepare reports on buying trends, profits, and other key metrics.

 - Manage store budgets and update financial records.

 - Monitor inventory levels and orders.

Candidate Requirements:

 - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

 - Minimum of 4-5 years of retail experience; previous management experience preferred.

 - Strong leadership and customer management skills.

 - In-depth knowledge of basic business management practices.

 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi,Marathi & English.
