Sales Executive

About the Role:

LetsGO CNG is one of India's most trusted CNG kit installation companies, 

serving 50,000+ customers across 12 cities. As a Sales Executive, you will 

be the first point of contact for customers interested in CNG conversion. 

You will handle incoming inquiries on calls, WhatsApp, and Instagram DMs, 

follow up with interested leads, and convert them into confirmed bookings. 

This is a high-energy, customer-facing role where your earnings grow 

directly with your performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer inquiries on phone calls, WhatsApp, and 

 Instagram regarding CNG kit installation and pricing

- Understand customer requirements, explain the conversion process 

 clearly, and address objections confidently

- Follow up regularly with warm leads who showed interest but haven't 

 booked yet

- Convert inquiries into confirmed installation bookings

- Coordinate with installation workshops to schedule appointments and 

 resolve customer issues post-booking

- Maintain accurate records of daily calls, follow-ups, and conversions

- Meet monthly targets and incentive milestones

Required Skills:

- Strong verbal communication in Hindi

- Ability to handle high-volume customer calls professionally

- Active smartphone usage — WhatsApp, Instagram, basic apps

- Convincing and persuasive communication style

- Patience and persistence in follow-ups

- Basic English reading and writing

Must Have Requirements:

- Currently residing in South Delhi, Delhi NCR, or nearby areas

- Comfortable with daily Work From Office at GK II, New Delhi

- Available to join within 15 days

- Willing to work 6 days/week (day shift)

- Comfortable with a fixed + incentive salary structure

- Minimum qualification: 10th pass

Good to Have Requirements:

- Prior experience in sales, telecalling, BPO, or customer service (1-3 years)

- Familiarity with the automobile or CNG industry

- Experience handling leads on WhatsApp or Instagram

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets for maintaining records

- Ability to communicate in English for certain customer interactions

Salary & Growth:

Fixed: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000/month

Incentives: Milestone-based, uncapped

Top performers consistently earn ₹35,000 – ₹40,000/month

This is a performance-driven role. The more you convert, the more you earn.
