Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance

  • Preparation of Domestic Sales Invoices
  • Purchase Entry and Vendor Bill Accounting
  • Bank Receipt & Payment Entries
  • Ledger Reconciliation and General Accounting
  • GST-related documentation and record maintenance

Dispatch Coordination

  • Collect dispatch details from transporters
  • Coordinate with the dispatch team for shipment updates
  • Share dispatch details, LR copy, and vehicle information with customers
  • Maintain dispatch records and ensure timely communication with buyers

Export & Import Documentation

  • Prepare and verify Export & Import documentation
  • Coordinate with Customs House Agents (CHA), freight forwarders, and shipping lines
  • Follow up for shipping documents such as Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (BL), Certificate of Origin (COO), etc.
  • Support export and import logistics operations

Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate with customers regarding dispatch status and documentation
  • Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments
  • Maintain proper records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes

Required Qualification

  • B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
  • 2–5 years of experience in Accounts or Commercial Department
  • Experience in Export-Import documentation will be preferred

Skills Required

  • Good knowledge of Tally ERP / SAP / Accounting Software
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
  • Basic knowledge of GST and accounting principles
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Experience

Candidates having experience in a Chemical Manufacturing Company or an Export-Oriented Organization will be preferred.
