Job Description
Job Role: Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome walk-in visitors and provide full property tours.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Follow up with leads received through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and property listing platforms.
- Explain room types, pricing, facilities, and company policies.
- Negotiate and close bookings while maintaining a high conversion rate.
- Keep daily records of inquiries, visits, bookings, and occupancy.
- Ensure an excellent customer experience from initial inquiry to move-in.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Sales and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused attitude.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp Business).
- Ability to work under targets.
