Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Embedded Engineer to design, develop, and maintain embedded systems for Industrial IoT, Smart Factory Automation, PLC Integration, and Real-Time Monitoring solutions. The candidate will work closely with hardware, software, and automation teams to build reliable industrial-grade products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop embedded firmware for microcontrollers and IoT devices.
- Interface sensors, actuators, relays, RFID, barcode scanners, and industrial devices.
- Implement communication protocols such as:
- Modbus RTU/TCP
- RS232 / RS485
- UART
- SPI
- I2C
- CAN Bus
- Ethernet
- MQTT
- Integrate PLCs (Omron, Mitsubishi, Siemens, Delta, etc.) with IoT gateways.
- Develop and debug real-time embedded applications.
- Work with ESP32, STM32, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or similar controllers.
- Perform hardware testing, troubleshooting, and field commissioning.
- Collaborate with software teams for cloud and dashboard integration.
- Prepare technical documentation and project reports.
- Support deployment and maintenance of industrial automation systems.
Required Skills:
- Experience with Microcontrollers:
- ESP32
- STM32
- Arduino
- ARM Cortex-based Controllers
- Knowledge of RTOS concepts.
- Experience in serial communication and industrial protocols.
- Understanding of PCB basics, circuit diagrams, and hardware debugging.
- Familiarity with oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers.
- Experience with IoT platforms and cloud connectivity.
- Knowledge of Git version control.
