Security Manager

Develop, implement, and monitor security policies and procedures.

Supervise security officers, security supervisors, and security agencies.

Ensure proper access control for employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles.

Monitor CCTV systems, security alarms, and other surveillance equipment.

Conduct regular security patrols and inspections of the factory premises.

Investigate security incidents, thefts, accidents, and policy violations, and submit detailed reports.

Coordinate with local police, fire department, and emergency services whenever required.

Ensure compliance with the Factories Act, safety regulations, and company security standards.

Manage gate operations, material inward/outward movement, and visitor management.

Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive security measures.

Prepare duty rosters and ensure adequate manpower deployment across all shifts.

Train security personnel on emergency response, fire safety, and evacuation procedures.

Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of the security team.

Ensure proper documentation of security logs, incident reports, visitor registers, and vehicle records.

Coordinate with HR, Administration, Production, and EHS departments on security-related matters.

Manage emergency situations such as fire, medical emergencies, unauthorized entry, and natural disasters.
