Job Description


  • Handle enquiries from prospective students and parents through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and walk-ins.
  • Explain course details, syllabus, class structure, fees, examination process, and performance opportunities.
  • Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
  • Maintain and update the student enquiry database and CRM.
  • Coordinate demo classes and trial sessions.
  • Assist with admission documentation, registration forms, and fee collection.
  • Provide information about annual events, arangetrams/margapraveshams, competitions, festivals, and certification programs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with parents and students.
  • Track admission targets and prepare weekly/monthly admission reports.

• Support marketing campaigns and outreach activities to generate new admissions.
