Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) lead generation campaigns.

• Generate quality leads and maintain target CPL (Cost Per Lead).

• Build and optimize audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.

• Monitor campaign performance and implement optimization strategies.

• Coordinate with the sales/counselling team to improve lead conversion rates.

• Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copies, and landing pages.

• Track campaign KPIs and prepare performance reports.

• Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
