Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
- Monitor transportation schedules and ensure timely deliveries.
- Liaise with transporters, warehouses, vendors, and customers.
- Prepare shipping documents, invoices, e-way bills, and delivery challans.
- Track inventory movement and maintain logistics records.
- Resolve delivery delays, transportation issues, and customer complaints.
- Optimize freight costs and transportation efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Generate logistics and dispatch reports for management review.
