Field Recruiter — Kaam Bazaar (Mumbai)

We place blue-collar workers into quick-commerce, delivery, and warehousing jobs. Field Recruiters are our feet on the street — you go into neighbourhoods, find people looking for work, and get them into jobs that pay.

What you'll do

Work an assigned area daily — markets, chawls, labour points, transport hubs — to find candidates for the roles we're hiring for

Have real conversations: understand what work they want, what they earn now, what they can ride/lift, when they can start

Log every candidate in the Field Recruiter app (with location and attendance — the app tracks your day)

Hit a daily target of qualified leads and hand interested candidates to the telecaller team

Know the live roles cold — salary, role, requirements — so you can pitch them honestly

You're a fit if you

Have done field work before — sales, recruitment, collections, distribution, or similar door-to-door work

Speak Hindi/Marathi fluently and can build trust fast with daily-wage workers

Are comfortable on your feet all day and using a smartphone app

Are target-driven and self-starting — nobody's watching you in the field, so you have to push yourself

Bonus: prior staffing/gig-platform experience, own two-wheeler, knowledge of specific Mumbai micro-markets.
