Our content reaches millions of viewers every month through YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn.
We are looking for a creative, organised, and technology-driven Social Media Executive who can independently manage our social media presence, coordinate with the content production team, and leverage AI tools to improve content quality and productivity.
Job ResponsibilitiesThe selected candidate will be responsible for managing the complete social media workflow across all platforms.
Social Media Management• Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts on Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Publish and schedule posts according to the approved content calendar.
• Create engaging captions, descriptions, hashtags, and calls-to-action for every platform.
• Upload YouTube videos with proper titles, SEO-friendly descriptions, tags, chapters, end screens, cards, playlists, and thumbnail selection.
• Optimise content to maximise reach, engagement, impressions, and audience retention.
• Monitor comments, messages, and community interactions, and escalate important queries whenever required.
Content Planning & Coordination• Prepare and maintain monthly and weekly content calendars.
• Coordinate with video editors, graphic designers, photographers, and content creators to ensure timely delivery of content.
• Ensure that all published content follows the company's branding guidelines and quality standards.
• Assist in planning promotional campaigns, workshops, webinars, podcasts, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
AI Tools & Content CreationThe candidate should have practical knowledge of AI tools and should be comfortable using them on a daily basis.
The candidate should be able to use:
• ChatGPT
• Google Gemini
• Other AI productivity and content creation tools
AI should be used for:
• Writing social media captions
• Generating YouTube descriptions
• Writing engaging post copy
• Creating thumbnail ideas and prompts
• Content ideation and brainstorming
• Script assistance
• Creating carousel content
• Hashtag research
• SEO optimisation
• Repurposing long-form content into short-form posts
• Improving overall content quality and productivity Creative Support
• Coordinate with designers for social media creatives.
• Provide clear creative briefs for thumbnails, carousels, stories, reels, and promotional graphics.
• Suggest creative improvements based on social media trends and analytics.
• Maintain consistency in fonts, colours, branding, and communication across all platforms. Analytics & Reporting
• Track the performance of posts across all social media platforms.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Analyse reach, engagement, follower growth, impressions, watch time, click-through rates, and audience insights.
• Suggest improvements based on analytics and performance data.
Skills Required• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn.
• Good knowledge of YouTube SEO.
• Familiarity with social media algorithms and current digital trends.
• Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Express, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
• Basic understanding of video editing software will be an added advantage.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Creative mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications• Graduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business Administration, or any related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or Content Marketing.
• Experience in handling business, finance, education, or influencer social media accounts will be preferred.
Working Hours Monday to Saturday
10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
