Job Description
We are looking for an IT Support Executive to handle hardware installation, CCTV setup, networking, digital marketing, graphic designing, and day-to-day technical support for office staff and clients.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Install and configure computers, software, printers, and CCTV systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and internet issues.
- Provide on-site and remote IT support.
- Assist with networking, system maintenance, and CCTV monitoring.
- Create social media posts, banners, brochures, and marketing creatives.
- Manage social media accounts and support digital marketing campaigns.
- Assist with SEO, content creation, and online promotions.
- Maintain IT assets, support records, and marketing materials.
