Job Description
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop HORECA business in the assigned territory.
Appoint and manage HORECA distributors.
Generate new business from Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Caterers, Hospitals, Educational Institutions, Corporate Offices, and Food Service customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key HORECA accounts.
Lead, train, and monitor the performance of Sales Officers and PSRs.
Conduct regular joint market visits and ensure effective route coverage.
Ensure product availability, visibility, and execution of promotional activities.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Ensure timely collections and maintain receivables within company norms.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS.
Ensure compliance with company policies and reporting systems.
