Job Description
- Conduct daily field visits to prospective B2B clients and businesses to pitch services, generate new leads, and onboard new accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, conducting regular follow-up visits to ensure high satisfaction and secure repeat business.
- Meet or exceed daily field visit quotas and monthly business volume/tonnage targets set by management.
- Accurately track and report daily field activities, client feedback, and lead statuses using tracking tools like Google Sheets or CRM.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends on the ground, sharing actionable feedback with the operations team to help optimize sales strategies.
