Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, explaining our training programs, generating leads for enrollments, and encouraging interested candidates to visit the office through walk-ins.

Key Responsibilities:·   

Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain Codegnan courses and programs

·      Handle inbound inquiries, encourage walk-in visits to the office, and provide accurate information

·      Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups

·      Generate leads and convert them into enrollments

·      Follow up with interested candidates regularly

·      Coordinate with the sales and counseling team

·      Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets

Required Skills:· 

   Good communication skills (English & Telugu preferred)

·      Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)

·      Strong convincing and negotiation skills

·      Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated

·      Good listening and interpersonal skills

Qualifications:·     

Any graduate / undergraduate

·      Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in telecalling or customer support
