Job Description
Timings: 9:00 to 7:00pm (Mon-Sat) (Sundays off)
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily production, inventory, dispatch, and material movement activities.
- Prepare and maintain operational MIS reports and performance dashboards.
- Coordinate with stores and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and consumables.
- Track dispatch schedules and ensure on-time deliveries to customers.
- Assist in production planning and inventory control activities.
- Verify operational records and ensure data accuracy in ERP/software systems.
- Follow up with various departments to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Support implementation of process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Maintain documentation related to production, dispatch, stock, and operational KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
