Job Description

Working Hours: Monday to Sunday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call and connect with student leads.
  • Follow up with prospective students via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Explain EduOptions’ study abroad services and guide students on the admission process.
  • Convert enquiries into counselling appointments and admissions.
  • Maintain accurate lead records and update the CRM regularly.
  • Achieve daily calling and monthly admission targets.
  • Coordinate with the counselling team for student follow-ups and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are an advantage).
  • Confident and persuasive speaking skills.
  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
  • Prior telecalling or sales experience is preferred.
