Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive business growth, generate leads, and convert prospects into clients for our interior design and turnkey solutions business. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, client-handling experience, and a target-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and client meetings.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, and channel partners.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Maintain CRM records and submit regular sales reports.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Experience in B2B/B2C sales and client management.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

Preferred Background:

Experience in Interior Design, Modular Furniture, Real Estate, Construction, Architecture, or Home Décor.
