Job Description
The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards. The role involves managing production teams, coordinating workflow, monitoring equipment performance, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity.
- Supervise daily production activities to ensure timely completion of production schedules.
- Monitor production output and adjust resources to meet operational goals.
- Coordinate with planning, quality, maintenance, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
