Inventory Management Executive

• Key Responsibilities
• Manage inventory of gold, silver, diamonds, gemstones, jewellery components, raw materials, consumables, and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate records of stock inward, outward, transfers, and returns.
• Ensure proper documentation for all material movements, including GRN, Material Issue, Material Return, and Stock Transfer.
• Track jewellery material movement across various production stages such as casting, filing, polishing, plating, QC, and dispatch.
• Maintain proper records of metal weight, stone details, SKU, batch, and product information.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and cycle counts.
• Identify and investigate stock discrepancies, shortages, excesses, and variances.
• Ensure proper tagging, labelling, segregation, and storage of inventory.
• Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports and MIS.
• Update inventory records in ERP / Inventory Management System / Excel.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, QC, Finance, and Security teams for smooth inventory operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and jewellery security and inventory control procedures.
• Support internal and external audits by providing accurate inventory records and documents.
• Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, and damaged inventory.

Ensure proper handling and storage of high-value jewellery and precious metals.
