Job Description

  • Handle daily accounting transactions in Zoho Books.
  • Generate and maintain Sales Invoices, Purchase Bills, Credit Notes & Debit Notes.
  • Record customer receipts and vendor payments.
  • Perform Bank Reconciliation and Cash Book reconciliation.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable (Customer Outstanding) and Accounts Payable (Vendor Outstanding).
  • Follow up with customers for overdue payments.
  • Prepare Proforma Invoices, Delivery Challans, Quotations, and Payment Receipts.
  • Maintain GST-compliant accounting records.
  • Assist in GST working, TDS entries, and statutory compliance.
  • Maintain customer and vendor ledgers.
  • Generate MIS reports, sales reports, outstanding reports, and financial summaries.
  • Coordinate with the Sales, Dispatch, Purchase, and Management teams.
  • Maintain proper accounting documentation and filing.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Assist the Chartered Accountant during audits and financial reporting.
