Accounts & Administration Executive – Key Responsibilities

1. Generate, print, and maintain sales invoices and all dispatch-related documents, including E-Way Bills, material stickers, MTCs (Material Test Certificates), and other supporting documents.
2. Record purchase invoices and prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) accurately and on time.
3. Maintain proper records of all routine and day-to-day business expenses.
4. Record and monitor daily factory expenses for the Indore unit.
5. Organize and maintain accounting records and files, including Sales Files, Purchase Files, and Lorry Receipt (LR) documents.
6. Prepare and calculate labor wages and employee salary payments as per company policies.
7. Maintain records of electricity bills, water bills, factory maintenance expenses, and other utility-related expenditures.
8. Ensure accurate and timely accounting entries in the accounting software.
9. Assist in monthly account reconciliation and preparation of financial reports.
10. Support internal and external audits by providing required documents and information.
