About PlantNuraPlantNura delivers Shiny-based tools, training and education, and consultancy services. We are looking for a multi-skilled creative to own our entire visual identity — turning technical and educational content into engaging videos, graphics, and social media content that grows our audience.

Role SummaryYou will produce tutorial videos for our Shiny-based tools and training programs, create promotional videos and reels, design supporting graphics, and manage our day-to-day social media presence. This hybrid role combines video editing, graphic design, and social media management into one position, working directly with the founder and other team members.

Key Responsibilities•      Develop, edit, and publish hundreds of tutorial videos on YouTube that teach users how to use PlantNura's tools and apps, plus tutorial content for our online courses — working closely with the founder and colleagues to capture accurate instructions.

•      Edit and produce promotional videos and short-form reels — trimming footage, sequencing, and adding music, graphics, and effects.

•      Create platform-optimized cuts for YouTube (long-form) and Instagram/LinkedIn (reels) in the correct aspect ratios.

•      Design graphics, thumbnails, title cards, and promotional assets with a consistent brand identity.

•      Plan, schedule, and manage the social media content calendar; track engagement and trending topics.

•      Collaborate with the founder and subject-matter experts to script and storyboard technical and educational content.

•      Manage digital assets, project archives, and file exports in required formats.

•      Apply SEO strategies, trending keywords, and platform best practices to grow reach. Required Skills & Qualifications

•      Bachelor's degree in film, multimedia, communications, or a related field — or a strong portfolio in lieu of a degree.

•      Proven experience with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro.

•      Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including Photoshop for graphic design.

•      Strong storytelling, timing, continuity, and attention to detail.

•      Solid understanding of social media platforms and each platform's content requirements.

•      A portfolio demonstrating diverse short- and long-form work.

AI Tools Proficiency — CompulsoryCandidates must demonstrate hands-on ability to use modern AI tools for graphic and video design:

•      Design & graphics: Canva (Magic Studio / Magic Design), plus AI image tools like Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or DALL·E.

•      Video: AI-assisted tools such as Runway, Descript, CapCut AI, or Adobe's built-in AI features for auto-editing and captions.

•      Content & copy: AI text tools (Claude, Perplexity, or equivalents) for captions, scripts, and hashtags.

•      Voice & audio: AI voiceover and audio-cleanup tools such as ElevenLabs or Adobe Podcast.

•      Applicants should show, in their portfolio or a practical test, how they used AI to produce faster, higher-quality output. Preferred (Bonus) Skills

•      Motion graphics, 3D composition, and color grading.

•      Sound design and audio mixing.

•      Experience producing educational or technical/SaaS content.

•      Basic camera operation and cinematography for in-house shoots.

Compensation 

Annual (CTC) ₹3.0L – ₹4.5L (Mid-level with 2-4 years of experience)*

Annual (CTC) ₹5.0L – ₹6.0L (Senior Level with 5+ years of experience)*

*A candidate strong across both AI tools and traditional editing justifies the upper end of the midlevel range.
