Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Support in processing vendor invoices (PO and Non-PO invoices).
• Assist in vendor account reconciliation and payment tracking.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve invoice and vendor queries.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of vendor transactions.
• Help ensure accurate and timely processing of payments to vendors.
• Support the team in financial data entry and reporting activities.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with company accounting policies.
Skills Required
• Basic knowledge of Accounting and Accounts Payable processes.
• Good understanding of MS Excel.Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced finance environment.
Preferred Skills
• Internship experience in Accounting / Finance.
• Basic exposure to ERP systems (SAP or similar tools) is an advantage.
