Job Description
We are hiring a full-time, in-store Content Creator Lead & Social Media Manager for Kalash Jewellers at Kamothe / Navi Mumbai. This is an on-site role, not remote or freelance.
Responsibilities:
- Research jewellery, fashion and Instagram/Reels trends and plan weekly content ideas.
- Shoot reels, product videos, photos and behind-the-scenes content inside the store.
- Direct staff, owners, customers and models during shoots and make them comfortable on camera.
- Edit reels/videos with hooks, captions, music, subtitles, transitions and premium jewellery-focused storytelling.
- Write captions, hashtags and posting copy; publish and manage Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Google Business content.
- Track engagement and suggest improvements for offers, collections, wedding/festive content and daily store content.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in social media, content creation, video shooting or video editing.
- Must be comfortable shooting on phone/camera and editing reels.
- Good sense of jewellery, fashion, lighting, framing and premium visuals.
- Should be able to work full-time on-site at the Kamothe store.
- Portfolio, Instagram page, reels or work samples are required.
A short paid trial task may be given before final hiring. Working hours and weekly off will be discussed during interview.
