Job Description
Preferred Background:
- Café chains
- Coffee shops
- Bakery cafés
- QSR beverage outlets
- Hotel coffee shops
Must Have:
- Experience operating espresso machines.
- Ability to prepare espresso-based beverages consistently.
- Experience preparing mocktails, coolers, iced teas, and non-coffee beverages.
- Experience with POS billing systems.
- Comfortable handling customer-facing responsibilities.
- Basic inventory management experience.
Important:
This is not a specialty coffee role. We need someone who can execute SOPs consistently, manage stock responsibly, maintain cleanliness, and operate independently.
Candidates do not apply if you:
- Have only restaurant service experience.
- Have no billing experience.
- Have never worked with coffee equipment.
- Are unwilling to manage inventory and daily stock counts.
