Key Resposibilities:

Make Out bound calls to existing and potential customers.

Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries

Explain Products Services, Offers to Customers

Build and maintain positive customer Relationships

Follow up with Customer regarding purchases, appointments

Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM/Database

Collecting customer feedback to improve Products and services.
