It Technician

The IT Technician provides technical support to users, ensures the smooth operation of computer hardware and software, and helps maintain network infrastructure. They diagnose and resolve technical issues, install new equipment, and assist with system upgrades.

• Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, printers, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Provide technical support to employees or customers in person, by phone, or remotely.
• Set up user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
• Monitor and maintain network performance and security.
• Perform regular system updates, backups, and maintenance.
• Document technical issues and solutions in help desk systems.
• Assist with IT projects, upgrades, and equipment deployments.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.

Required Skills
