Hiring: Accounts Manager
📍 Location: Ahmedabad
💼 Job RoleWe are hiring an experienced Accounts Manager to handle end-to-end accounting, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting for a growing manufacturing setup.
- 🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesManage complete accounting operations (Journal Entries, Ledger, Tally/ERP)
- Handle monthly, quarterly & yearly book closure
- Prepare Trial Balance, P&L, Balance Sheet
- Ensure GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS & Income Tax compliance
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants & banks
- Maintain Fixed Asset Register & depreciation records
- Monitor Accounts Receivable & Payable, cash flow & credit control
- Handle bank reconciliation, cash & petty cash management
- Support payroll processing & statutory deductions (PF, ESIC)
- Prepare MIS reports & financial analysis for management
- 🎯 Eligibility CriteriaB.Com / M.Com / Finance Graduate (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years experience in Accounts & Finance
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax & compliance
- Hands-on experience in Tally / ERP & MS Excel
- Good understanding of financial reporting & audit processes
- Strong analytical & communication skills
