Job Description
Hiring: Team Leader – Field Operations/Audit
Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Salary
- ₹20,000 Fixed
- Up to ₹6,000 Performance Incentive
- Total CTC: Up to ₹26,000/month
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Field Survey Executives.
- Ensure daily survey targets are achieved.
- Monitor survey quality and resolve field issues.
- Conduct onboarding and field training.
- Track attendance, productivity, and daily reporting.
- Coordinate with the Operations team for smooth project execution.
Eligibility
- 1–3 years of experience in Field Operations, Team Handling, Survey, FMCG, Telecom, or Sales.
- Experience managing a field team.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
- Immediate joining preferred.
Performance Incentive (Up to ₹6,000)
- Daily target achievement
- Team attendance & productivity
- QC pass rate above target
- Timely reporting
- Minimum rework and duplicate cases
