Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities of an HR Recruiter cum Telecaller
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Make outbound calls to explain job opportunities and attract candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates on interview status and joining formalities.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Address candidate queries regarding job roles and company policies.
- Meet/share daily calling (excel sheet) and recruitment targets daily.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
· Basic knowledge of recruitment and MS Office.
In a month min 4 recruitments are mandatory
Required Skills in Candidates
· Good communication and interpersonal skills, and MS Office.
- Basic knowledge about sales
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Time management and organizational skills.
