Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete functioning of the Bajaj 3-Wheeler workshop.
- Manage service advisors, technicians, and workshop support staff.
- Ensure timely and quality repairs, maintenance, and vehicle delivery.
- Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and turnaround time.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the spare parts department to ensure parts availability.
- Monitor warranty claims and ensure compliance with Bajaj service guidelines.
- Maintain service records, job cards, and workshop documentation.
- Conduct regular quality checks on completed repair jobs.
- Achieve workshop revenue, labor sales, and customer retention targets.
- Implement safety standards and maintain workshop discipline and housekeeping.
- Train and motivate workshop staff to improve performance and technical skills.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service reports.
