Job Description
Member Onboarding: Lead introductory sessions for new members to tour the facility, locate amenities, and understand how to operate weight and cardio machines safely.
Program Design: Assess individual fitness levels and medical histories to build customized, effective exercise plans.
Instruction & Form: Demonstrate correct exercise techniques, posture, and movements to prevent injury and maximize results.
Floor Supervision: Monitor the gym floor to ensure members are following safety guidelines, keeping the area tidy, and assisting with equipment inquiries.
Class Leadership: Plan and instruct various group exercise classes.
