Senior Sales Engineer – Air Compressor

Location: Bhubaneswar,Jharsuguda- Odisha

Salary: ₹45,000 per month

Experience: 5+ Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities and develop customer accounts.
• Promote and sell Air Compressors, Air Treatment Systems, and related products.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
• Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and commercial offers.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with service and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets and ensure timely payment collections.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Air Compressors and Compressed Air Systems.
• Proven experience in technical sales and business development.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to understand industrial applications and customer requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings and site visits.

Requirements

✔ Candidate must have current or prior experience in Air Compressor Sales.

✔ Experience in selling Air Compressors, Compressed Air Systems, Air Treatment Systems, or related Industrial Equipment is mandatory.
