भूमिका (Role Summary) :- हम एक ऊर्जावान और लक्ष्य-उन्मुख (Target-oriented) कॉलिंग टीम की तलाश कर रहे हैं। आपका मुख्य काम कक्षा 9, 10, 11 और 12 के छात्रों और उनके अभिभावकों से संपर्क करना और उन्हें हमारे कोर्सेज के बारे में विस्तार से बताना होगा। आपको यह सुनिश्चित करना होगा कि छात्र हमारे एप्लीकेशन के फीचर्स और फायदों को बेहतरीन तरीके से समझें, जिससे हम ज्यादा से ज्यादा छात्रों तक पहुँच कर उन्हें सही मार्गदर्शन दे सकें और बेहतरीन कन्वर्जन (Conversion) हासिल कर सकें।
- प्रमुख जिम्मेदारियां (Key Responsibilities)छात्रों और अभिभावकों को कॉल करके उन्हें विभिन्न कोर्सेज (9वीं से 12वीं) की पूरी जानकारी देना।
- एप्लीकेशन के सभी महत्वपूर्ण फीचर्स (लाइव क्लासेस, स्टडी मटेरियल, डाउट सेशन आदि) और उनसे छात्रों को होने वाले लाभ को आसान भाषा में समझाना।
- छात्रों की शैक्षणिक जरूरतों को सुनकर उन्हें सही कोर्स चुनने में मदद करना और उनके सवालों का समाधान करना।
- रोजाना निर्धारित कॉलिंग और सेल्स टारगेट्स को पूरा करना और लीड्स को एडमिशन में बदलने (High Conversion Rate) पर फोकस करना।
- इच्छुक छात्रों के साथ समय पर फॉलो-अप लेना और कॉलिंग डेटा का सही रिकॉर्ड बनाए रखना।
- योग्यता और कौशल (Requirements)टेलीकॉलिंग, कस्टमर सपोर्ट या सेल्स में कम से कम 6 महीने से 1 साल का अनुभव होना अनिवार्य है।
- बातचीत करने का तरीका (Communication Skills) बहुत ही प्रभावशाली होना चाहिए, ताकि सामने वाला आपकी बात ध्यान से सुने।
- एडटेक (EdTech) इंडस्ट्री की बुनियादी समझ और शिक्षा क्षेत्र में काम करने की रुचि।
- छात्रों को प्रेरित करने और उन्हें चीजें स्पष्ट रूप से समझाने की कला।
- टारगेट-आधारित माहौल में काम करने का उत्साह और सकारात्मक रवैया।
