Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote our Real Estate and Financial Services.
The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, conducting property site visits, promoting loan and financial products, and converting prospects into customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through field visits, references, cold calling, and local market activities.
Meet prospective customers at their location to understand their requirements.
Promote and sell residential/commercial properties.
Explain home loan, personal loan, business loan, and other financial service offerings.
Conduct property site visits with interested customers.
Follow up regularly with leads to ensure maximum conversion.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Coordinate with the Sales, CRM, and Documentation teams for smooth processing.
Prepare daily visit reports and submit them to the reporting manager.
Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and marketing events.Maintain updated customer information in the CRM system.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and convincing abilities.
Good presentation skills.Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Problem-solving and customer-handling skills.QualificationGraduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing is an added advantage).1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, Real Estate, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services.
Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply.
RequirementsMust own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Good knowledge of the local market.Smartphone with internet connectivity.

Monthly sales target achievement.
Number of client meetings conducted.
Number of site visits arranged.
Lead-to-sale conversion ratio.Revenue generated.Customer satisfaction and retention
Daily reporting compliance.
