IT Hardware & Network Engineer

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Hardware & Network Support Executive to manage the organization's IT infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining hardware, networking, internet connectivity, CCTV systems, and providing technical support to employees for smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.
• Set up and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi networks, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
• Configure, and monitor CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and network devices.
• Configure and maintain laptops, desktops, operating systems, software, and user accounts.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Manage system upgrades, backups, antivirus, and security updates.
• Coordinate with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and external vendors for network or hardware issues.
• Maintain IT inventory, including hardware assets and accessories.
• Provide technical support to employees and ensure minimal system downtime.
• Ensure proper documentation of IT assets, network configurations, and maintenance activities.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with routers, switches, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet configuration.
• Knowledge of CCTV installation, IP cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and surveillance networking.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and basic server administration.
• Understanding of network security, antivirus management, and data backup procedures.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Hardware & Networking, or a related field.
• 1 – 6years of experience in IT Hardware and Network Support (freshers with relevant technical certifications may also apply).
