𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales & Marketing Engineer / Business Development Manager with a strong background in Mechanical Engineering and Pharmaceutical Machinery Sales. The candidate should have hands-on experience in marketing and selling Tablet Compression Machines, Blister Packing Machines, and related pharmaceutical equipment in both domestic and international markets.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, handling export inquiries, and achieving sales targets while providing technical solutions to pharmaceutical manufacturing companies.


𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

𝙎𝙖𝙡𝙚𝙨 & 𝘽𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝘿𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙥𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩

 • Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.

 • Generate leads through online portals, exhibitions, referrals, and direct customer interactions.

 • Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers, contract manufacturers, and packaging companies.

 • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

 • Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.


𝙏𝙚𝙘𝙝𝙣𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙡 𝙎𝙖𝙡𝙚𝙨 𝙎𝙪𝙥𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩

 • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable tablet compression and blister packaging solutions.

 • Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.

 • Coordinate with the engineering and production teams to provide customized solutions.

 • Explain machine specifications, features, and operational benefits to customers.


𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴

 • Develop and manage export markets in Asia, Africa, Middle East, Europe, and other regions.

 • Handle export inquiries, international negotiations, and distributor relationships.

 • Coordinate export documentation, shipment schedules, and customer communications.

 • Participate in international trade fairs and pharmaceutical exhibitions.


𝘾𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙧 𝙍𝙚𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥 𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩

 • Maintain regular follow-up with existing and potential customers.

 • Resolve customer concerns and coordinate after-sales support.

 • Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.

 • Collect market feedback and competitor intelligence.


𝙈𝙖𝙧𝙠𝙚𝙩 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙘𝙝 & 𝙎𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙜𝙮

 • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

 • Develop sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.

 • Identify emerging opportunities in pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging sectors.

 • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans.


𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

 • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

 • Minimum 5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Machinery Sales & Marketing.

 • Experience with Tablet Compression Machines, Blister Packing Machines, and related pharmaceutical equipment.

 • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.

 • Knowledge of domestic and export sales operations.

 • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

 • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and online marketing platforms.

 • Ability to travel extensively for customer meetings and exhibitions.


𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀

 • Strong network within pharmaceutical manufacturing companies.

 • Experience in handling international distributors and agents.

 • Knowledge of GMP, FDA, and pharmaceutical industry standards.

 • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

 • Excellent business development and relationship management skills.
