🚨 We are Hiring | Temporary Customer Service (CX) Associates | Festive Season 2026 🎉


Our favorite time of the year at Bombay Sweet Shop is almost here, and we're looking for enthusiastic Temporary Customer Service (CX) Associates to join our team for the Diwali season!


📍 Location: Mumbai (Lalbaug / Andheri).

📅 Duration: Aug – Nov 2026 (Flexible batch start dates)



We are looking for people who:

✨ Have excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.

✨ Enjoy interacting with customers over calls and WhatsApp.

✨ Are comfortable using laptops/CRM systems.

✨ Have hospitality or customer service experience (preferred).

✨ And of course… a sweet tooth is always a bonus! 🍬
