Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily plant operations and ensure smooth functioning of machinery.
- Monitor the performance, maintenance, and troubleshooting of production equipment.
- Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance is carried out efficiently.
- Coordinate with production teams to minimise machine downtime.
- Maintain safety, quality, and operational standards across the plant.
- Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Prepare maintenance records and machine performance reports.
Requirements/Qualification:
- B.E./B.Tech./Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 2+ years in a manufacturing plant (iron, steel, SS, metal, or mining industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of machinery used for iron & SS fittings, flanges, and pipe manufacturing.
- Experience in machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Good problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.
